Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Remtekindo ("we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of remtekindo.com and all products under the Kinov ecosystem, including Saga, Raka, Gama, and Elevate.
By accessing our website or using any of our products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
02 — Our Services
Our Services
Remtekindo develops and operates AI-powered products for Indonesia's policy, market, and infrastructure domains under the Kinov brand:
- Raka — Policy drafting assistance for government institutions
- Gama — Policy risk and impact simulation tools
- Saga — Market and consumer simulation for private sector use
- Elevate — Road data intelligence and contour analysis
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
03 — Eligibility
Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Indonesian law to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, government institution, or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and your agreement to these Terms will be treated as the agreement of that entity.
04 — Acceptable Use
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use our services to violate any applicable Indonesian law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms or models
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to any of our products
- Use automated systems or bots to access our services without express written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our infrastructure
- Use outputs from our AI products to produce disinformation or fabricate official government documents
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or data
Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
05 — Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, interfaces, methodologies, brand assets, and documentation on remtekindo.com and within the Kinov ecosystem are the exclusive intellectual property of Remtekindo, unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of our services or content without our prior written consent.
The Remtekindo and Kinov names, logos, and product names (Saga, Raka, Gama, Elevate) are trademarks of Remtekindo. Any use without written permission is prohibited.
06 — AI Outputs
AI Outputs and Limitations
Our products — particularly Raka, Gama, and Saga — use artificial intelligence to generate drafts, simulations, and analyses. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs are tools to support decision-making, not final or authoritative recommendations
- Outputs from Gama and similar simulation tools are scenario explorations, not empirical predictions or guaranteed outcomes
- Outputs from Raka are drafting assistance only — you are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring compliance of any policy documents before official use
- AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — always apply professional judgment
Remtekindo is not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs from our products.
07 — Disclaimers
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or AI outputs
We do not warrant that our services will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.
08 — Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Remtekindo, its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or Rp 500,000 (five hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah) if you have not made any payments.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remtekindo and its founders, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Any content or data you submit to our products
- Any misuse of AI-generated outputs from our products
10 — Termination
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other legitimate reason.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.
11 — Governing Law
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Surabaya, Indonesia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using our services.
